Student Liability Information

Important: Assumption of Risk

By participating in tactical training through American Hoplite, students acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their participation, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury from training activities, equipment use, or accidents
  • Property damage to personal equipment or belongings
  • Risks inherent in firearms training, self-defense practice, and medical training
  • Unforeseen circumstances or emergency situations during training

Students participate in all training activities entirely at their own risk and expense. While American Hoplite carefully vets instructors and requires adherence to safety protocols, students assume full legal and financial responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during training.

All students must complete and sign a detailed safety waiver before participating in any training. This waiver outlines the specific risks and legal implications of tactical training participation.
